1. Definition of Member: The term “Member” in these terms refers to customers who are paying for treatment programs at Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. Members voluntarily receive skin care services or use medical cosmetic products provided by Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. Members are informed and understand the details, treatment methods, types, characteristics of cosmetic products used in treatment, pre-treatment practices, during treatment, and post-treatment care adequately and without any doubts about receiving services from a physician or representative of Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. Members acknowledge that medical treatments have been proven effective and are trustworthy in accordance with medical professional standards. However, Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics cannot guarantee treatment outcomes for every case as expected or unexpected outcomes may arise from other factors or the member’s own physical condition.
2. Service Pricing: Members are informed of service pricing before a treatment is administered or during any additional treatments by physicians. Members understand the details of service costs thoroughly and without any doubts before deciding to receive treatment voluntarily. Additionally, members acknowledge and understand that treatment efficacy can be achieved through continuous and regular treatment.
3. Membership Duration: Membership lasts for 2 years from the date of course registration. If the membership period expires and the member has not fully utilized the services, Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics may cancel the membership without prior notice. Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics reserves the right not to refund membership fees or any service fees paid by members on the day of course registration. In all cases, if members renew their membership with Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics after the course has expired, members agree to pay an additional membership renewal fee of 300 baht in full, voluntarily, and with full understanding.
4. Rules of Entry: Members acknowledge and agree to the rules of entry for services according to Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics courses. Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to change and modify these rules as appropriate.
5. Health Information: Members agree to disclose details regarding health problems. Furthermore, members are responsible for informing physicians of their medical treatment history, medication usage, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. If members fail to provide this information to Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics, the clinic shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service usage or treatment.
6. Non-disparagement: Members confirm that they will not harm Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics’ reputation in any way, either during or after receiving services.
7. Non-transferability: Members are prohibited from transferring membership and membership status to others. If Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics becomes aware of such a case, the clinic reserves the right to immediately terminate membership.
8. Deposit Refund: Members agree to become members and have made deposits for various services with Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. Members may request a refund of their deposit within 7 days from the date of payment. If this period is exceeded, Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics reserves the right not to refund the money under any circumstances.
9. Medical Services
   9.1. Refunds for medical services are not permissible.
   9.2. Treatment programs cannot be altered.
   9.3. Treatment programs cannot be canceled, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the discretion of Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. In such cases, members agree to allow Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics to deduct administrative fees, identity card fees, and/or processing fees at a rate of 50% of the service fee paid.
10. Product Purchases
    10.1. Buyers may request a product exchange if the product deteriorates in quality, changes color, or scent within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    10.2. Buyers cannot request product exchanges for products damaged due to improper care, storage, or usage.
    10.3. No refunds are permissible in any circumstance.
11. Pre-existing Health Conditions If a member falls ill before receiving scheduled services without informing Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics and experiences problems due to participation in Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics courses not due to the clinic’s negligence, Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics is not liable for any damages to the member.
12. Payment Incompletion If a member fails to complete payment as agreed with Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics and still receives services, Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to charge the full service fee until the full payment is made. Promotional service rates will be calculated accordingly.

The member acknowledges and understands the Patient’s Rights Declaration thoroughly, deems it correct according to their intent, agrees to comply strictly with these terms, and will not engage in any disputes contrary to the certification under these terms. In the event that a member’s actions result in harm to Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics, the member consents to Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics taking appropriate action and agrees to compensate no less than the service fee paid to Lunar Clinic Medical Aesthetics. Therefore, the member has signed this document as evidence before witnesses.
